VirSIGHT InSIGHTs

Map every antibody response to every known human virus from a single serum or CSF sample.

VirSIGHT is Infinity Bio's unbiased antibody reactome assay for the entire human virome — one experiment that profiles a serum or CSF sample's antibody response to all known human viruses, with no candidate panel required. Built on MIPSA (Molecular Indexing of Proteins by Self-Assembly), Infinity Bio's DNA-barcoded antigen library display technology, VirSIGHT is positioned for Parkinson's Disease research where viral exposures such as HSV-1, CMV, and EBV are under investigation as potential triggers of neuroinflammation, autoimmunity, and amyloid-beta and tau pathology. This brochure frames the open Parkinson's research questions VirSIGHT is designed to address and shows how to engage Infinity Bio to scope a study.

Read or download to see:

  • The Parkinson's research gap: three open questions VirSIGHT is positioned to address — viral triggers (HSV-1, CMV, EBV), autoantibody contributions, and biomarkers for early detection and progression.
  • What VirSIGHT measures: unbiased antibody response to every known human virus from a single serum or CSF sample, with no need to pre-specify a candidate panel.
  • How to link specific viral exposures to neuroinflammation, amyloid-beta, and tau pathology in Parkinson's patient cohorts using blood and CSF reactome profiles.
  • How to engage Infinity Bio to scope a Parkinson's-focused (or other disease-area) antibody reactome study built on the MIPSA platform.
