Antibody Reactomics: The Responsive Layer of Immune Memory

Read what your immune system has encountered, and how it has responded.

Genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics describe the body's intrinsic state: its encoded blueprint and its current activity. The antibody reactome is the responsive layer — the binding capacity of every antibody in circulation at a given moment, primed to recognize the antigens an individual has met. It is an amplified molecular memory of the infections, exposures, and auto-antibody reactivities accumulated over a lifetime. Antibody Reactomics is the systematic, comprehensive measurement of those past and ongoing immune responses; MIPSA is the Rosetta Stone that deciphers them. The result stands on its own and pairs cleanly with the multi-omic data a lab may already have in the freezer.

Read or download to see:

  • Where the antibody reactome fits in the multi-omic stack, and why the responsive layer is complementary to genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics
  • How MIPSA works in four steps: build a library of DNA-barcoded antigens, bind it to a microliter-scale sample, sequence the barcodes, and analyze the reactome
  • What the three SIGHT libraries cover: HuSIGHT (27,000 human genes), VirSIGHT (529 viral species), and EnviroSIGHT (1,000 microbial and environmental genera), combinable in one assay
  • How a single assay evaluates 910,000 antigen targets, scaling from one patient sample to a population biobank
